PART-TIME

Porter/Helper at Lafayette House, a beautiful apartment building in Trenton, NJ. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of common areas, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community grounds
• Clear trash/recyclables from refuse rooms and prepare containers for collections
• Operate trash compactors
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Represent the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property Job requirements:
• work schedule: 3 days/week: Monday,Wednesday & Friday
• Experience in residential community cleaning or grounds-keeping preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
• Good mechanical skills
