Office Cleaner

Gold Bond Building Services, Inc; is seeking a part-time office cleaner to clean a medical office in Wall, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the oldest commercial cleaning companies in the area. We are seeking a hardworking, strong, serious, energetic, trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented individual or team. 5 NIGHTS

PER WEEK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. 4

hours per night 7-11PM General (Daily) office cleaning duties and responsibilities to company specifics include: Trash and recycling collection, re-lining of cans, and proper disposal to outside containers Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Restocking all consumable products in restrooms, exam rooms, and break rooms Cleaning and sanitizing all sinks and kitchen areas, including microwaves and other appliances Disinfecting all 'high touch' areas (door handles, light switches, handrails, copiers, etc) Sweeping and mopping floors Vacuuming carpeting/edge vacuuming spot clean carpeting Dusting and wiping all furniture High/Low dusting Cleaning glass/windows Reporting any customer issues Securing office with keys and alarm codes Wearing of company provided uniform shirts

Physical Requirements:

Repetitive reaching overhead Repetitive stooping, bending, kneeling Repetitive push and pull vacuum and mop Repetitive lifting to 40 pounds Repetitive arm movements Be able to stand and walk the duration of the cleaning job Climbing stairs as needed Skills and competencies needed: Detail oriented
