JOB DESCRIPTION
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform cleaning duties of building and grounds Ability to be self-directed, show initiative, be dependable and assume responsibility Ability to report earlier to open building as needed Ability to move, receive, and store building supplies and materials Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50 to 60lbs Must obtain a low pressure Black Seal Boiler License within a year of hire date Experience working in a school setting Experience working around Elementary age students
