Commercial Janitorial Services - Gloucester County, NJ Compensation $30 per hour Full commission equal to the first month's contract value on every new account 10% residual commission paid monthly for as long as the customer remains under contract Flexible schedule Local territory Responsibilities Prospect office buildings, warehouses, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, and commercial properties Schedule appointments with decision makers Conduct site walkthroughs Present janitorial service proposals Develop long-term customer relationships Qualifications Previous B2B sales experience preferred Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling Reliable transportation Strong communication skills
