Evening Custodial Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Evening Custodial Foreman to lead our custodial team during evening hours. Duties Supervise and coordinate the nightly cleaning team to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety Develop and implement cleaning schedules, assigning tasks efficiently across multiple facilities Oversee janitorial operations including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation Manage laundry services as needed for facility linens or uniforms, ensuring timely processing and quality control Conduct regular inspections to verify cleaning quality and adherence to safety protocols Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies inventory, and incident reports Qualifications Proven custodial or janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards Supervising or leadership experience in a management role within hospitality or facility services Knowledge of housekeeping management practices in hotel or hospitality environments preferred Experience with laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills for supervising staff and coordinating with other departments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours Join us as an Evening Custodial Foreman where your leadership ensures our facilities shine!
