Manager of Sonlight Window Cleaning - New Mexico

I am looking for an experienced professional manager for my window cleaning company in Albuquerque/Santa Fe . We have been in business since 1978 and have 40+ amazing employees in Colorado and a newer, smaller crew in New Mexico. We just opened a new location in New Mexico and are looking for workers in this area.

• We offer 34% commission on every job that you do yourself and 6% commission on the revenue of the crew that you manage/build.

You get a truck at your house, as many sales as you can handle, and a flexible calendar. This means if you are looking to work 7 days a week and get as much work as possible to maximize income, this is the place for you. This level of work is obviously not a requirement, however if you wish you could earn more by working more, but have had a job that pays hourly and/or limits your hours we welcome you with open arms. I will work with you to build a schedule that best fits your financial goals/responsibilities.

• A company truck at your home . This saves hours of drive time per day instead of going to a shop and back twice per day. We will assign jobs as close to your home as possible. This also shows that we value and respect you if you are excellent and motivated at your craft.
• Extremely motivated crew and environment .

Everybody in the company is very ambitious and motivated to work as hard as possible. Work is distributed based on the reviews each technician gets at jobs. If you have the best reviews, you get the highest commission jobs for your time. We are scaling fast and there are opportunities for future management positions. Primary Responsibilities Managing and assisting your crew. You need to be on call and the first point of contact for everyone on your team working for you. If anyone needs equipment, truck maintenance, help at a job, etc, you need to be there to help them. This means that if your crew is working on a Saturday or Sunday, you need to be on call as well. Recruiting, hiring and training. You will have responsibilities and targets that need to be hit in terms of the # of trucks and people on your team cleaning windows every day. You will need to hire and fire as you see fit. You are directly compensated for building a larger crew through the 6% commission on the revenue of your team structure. Buying and outfitting trucks. When hiring new people, you will need to source and buy them a vehicle, outfit that vehicle to be at company standards, then fill the truck with all equipment needed for that team member to complete a job by themselves.

Basic requirements:

• Prior experience in a window cleaning company (or working for yourself).
• A drivers license.
• Managerial experience
• Auto repair experience is helpful for fixing trucks.
• A safe place to store a company truck.

Pay is weekly and direct deposit.
