Leadership Expectations The Lead Cleaning Technician must be able to: Professionally lead and manage a cleaning crew Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently Maintain quality-control standards in homes and businesses Delegate tasks appropriately and help team members stay on schedule Communicate professionally with clients and management Handle job responsibilities independently with minimal supervision Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years or more of professional residential cleaning experience REQUIRED
Applicants MUST provide a résumé clearly showing cleaning experience Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred Reliable transportation required Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Job Responsibilities Perform routine residential cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces throughout clients' homes Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and mirrors, while restocking homeowner-designated supplies as needed Remove household trash and recycling and dispose of it according to homeowner instructions Safely and effectively use residential cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuums, mops, carpet cleaners, and eco-friendly cleaning products Identify and promptly report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed within the home or business Follow all health, safety, and company cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients, families, pets, employees, and visitors Assist with deep-cleaning services, move-in/move-out cleans, and special cleaning projects as requested Ensure all assigned duties within homes or businesses are completed to company standards Experience & Physical Requirements Basic knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning products and equipment Ability to bend, lift, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time-management and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Respect for clients' homes, privacy, belongings, children, and pets Why Join Our Team?
