Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Break down and clean all cooking and food holding equipment including but not limited to ovens, ranges, fryers, broilers, griddles, hot and cold wells, and hot boxesClean refrigeration including reach ins, freezers, walk insClean walls, floors, mats, vents and floor drainsClean all tables, shelves, racks, speed racks, sinks and dishwashing equipmentMove equipment and clean under and behindDeep clean bars including sinks, behind and under equipment, refrigerationRemove all boxes, milk crates and trash to dock and dumpsterFollow sanitary and proper food handling proceduresMonitors all machine functions and gauges for proper tempReports malfunctions, breakdowns and any needs to

Management Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
