Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene compliance. Use specialized equipment for carpet cleaning and floor care to restore surfaces and extend their lifespan. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces by disinfecting high-touch areas regularly to prevent the spread of germs. Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and basic maintenance to keep facilities functional and inviting. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or resident requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude. Skills Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or custodial roles within residential or commercial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions for different cleaning tasks. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments such as hotels or office buildings. Good communication skills for interacting with clients or team members effectively. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
