Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to hardwood, tile, carpeted surfaces, and other flooring types. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, paying close attention to kitchens and bathrooms. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Assist with light meal preparation or cooking as needed to support household routines (nice-to-have skill). Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and organizing household items for a tidy environment. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpet cleaning and polishing hardwood floors. Experience in laundry management and handling delicate fabrics with care. Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures or hotel housekeeping management is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
