Experienced Cleaner's Needed — Residential Cleaning / Turnover Prepared and Polished Services LLC Amherst, NY Job Details Part-time | Contract $20 - $24 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Single-family home housekeeping House cleaning assistance Office cleaning Residential housekeeping Attention to detail Cleaning Liability insurance Full Job Description We are looking for experienced cleaners for residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, apartment turnovers, short-term rental turnovers, and small office cleaning in Amherst, Williamsville, Clarence, Getzville, East Amherst, and nearby WNY areas.
Pay:
$20-24/hr equivalent depending on experience, scope, speed, reliability, and job type. Per-job pricing is used to determine pay.
Requirements:
Prior residential or turnover cleaning experience Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Professional communication Ability to work independently Must carry active General Liability insurance Must provide proof of insurance/COI before accepting work Must use safe, approved, properly labeled cleaning products Must be reliable with scheduling and client access instructions Contractors must operate as independent businesses and are responsible for their own tools, supplies, taxes, insurance, and work methods, while meeting the confirmed customer scope and quality expectations.
