FLSA - Non-Exempt The Awesome Things You'll Do Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures Clean, Dust, and wipe furniture: Sweep, Mop or vacuum floors: empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers: empty and clean all ash trays and refill restroom dispensers. Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and buffers and vacuums, brooms mops and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls , carpets, furniture, etc. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.

Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis Activities are subject to change / be added to meet business needs with management approval. Our Must Haves 2 to 3 years of Janitorial experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to lift at least 30lbs Special Working Conditions Electrical Equipment Dirt & Dust Bending/ Squatting is required throughout the day while mopping, dusting sweeping, vacuuming , etc. Works with Minimal Supervision #IND2 We believe in creating space for everyone to do their best work and have individual and collective impact.
