Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with commercial cleaning duties in various settings, including offices or hotels, as required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages to management. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with custodial duties and housekeeping management principles is a plus. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
