Job Description:

SUNY Broome Community College is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Custodial Worker to join our first shift team. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Custodial Workers are responsible for cleaning campus buildings, maintaining grounds (including snow and ice removal), performing custodial-related tasks, and assisting with minor maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

Knowledge and skill in the safe and proper use of cleaning equipment, maintenance tools, chemicals, disinfecting methods, waste handling, grounds maintenance equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy objects, bending, climbing, reaching, repetitive motions, and other related duties as assigned. Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.

Additional Information:
