Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities across two different buildings. Your hands-on approach will directly contribute to our operational excellence, ensuring a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Position Overview Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean buildings by emptying trash and cleaning surfaces Clean and disinfect food areas Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Dust furniture Clean and service restrooms Stock and maintain supply rooms Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a custodial role is required. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Total Compensation Package:

Wage $17.00•$18.00 per hour Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
