Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident belongings with care and respect Maintain floor care by polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality and appearance Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms, including disinfecting sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and appliances Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all common areas are clean and well-maintained Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and residents Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly desirable; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning methods Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward residents and colleagues Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Experience with laundry operations or housekeeping management is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference in residents' lives!
