Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Carpet Cleaner to join our team at Held's Janitorial. You will be responsible for helping to deliver exceptional carpet cleaning services to our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional carpet cleaning services using specialized equipment and techniques. Inspect carpets for stains, damage, or other issues and determine the appropriate cleaning methods. Pre-treat and spot-clean carpets to remove stubborn stains and ensure optimal results. Operate carpet cleaning machines effectively and safely. Move furniture and objects as necessary to facilitate the cleaning process. Maintain and clean equipment after each use to ensure its proper functioning and longevity. Follow established guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of services provided and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and maneuver furniture as needed.
