401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Commercial Cleaner to oversee cleaning operations at multiple locations throughout Erie and Niagara County . This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and hands-on commercial cleaning experience. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30 PM - 1:00 AM Responsibilities Perform general commercial cleaning duties including: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Restroom sanitation and restocking Trash removal and floor care Travel between assigned locations to ensure cleaning standards are met Conduct routine inspections and quality checks at job sites Cover employee call-offs and fill in where needed Train and support cleaning staff Communicate with management regarding staffing, supply needs, and site issues Ensure all facilities are cleaned safely and efficiently Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience required Supervisory or team lead experience preferred Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations Strong attention to detail and time management skills Must be dependable and punctual What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment To apply, please submit your resume or contact us for more information.
