Flexible, Evenings after 5 PM About the Role We are seeking experienced independent cleaning contractors to service medical offices and professional buildings. This is steady evening work with consistent weekly assignments. Contractors must be reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain high standards required in healthcare environments. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize medical and office spaces Dusting, vacuuming, mopping Restroom cleaning and restocking Trash removal Follow site‑specific checklists Secure and lock up buildings after completion Requirements Must have prior cleaning experience (medical or commercial preferred) Must be able to work as a 1099 contractor Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Dependable and consistent Able to follow cleaning protocols Schedule Flexible evening cleaning after 5 PM Fridays or Saturdays required Additional weekday evenings available Compensation Paid weekly Long‑term, steady work
