This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure all office spaces, common areas, and facilities are kept in pristine condition. Duties Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to promote a healthy environment Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by restocking supplies, disinfecting fixtures, and ensuring hygiene standards are met Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently across all designated areas Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and stripping to preserve flooring quality and appearance Assist with light custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting issues for prompt resolution Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained for optimal use Support industrial cleaning tasks when required in larger facility areas or special projects Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial best practices Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a spotless environment that fosters productivity and well-being!
