Custodian II

The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking to add a Custodian II to our Facilities Management Department! In this position you would be responsible for ensuring that the building is properly cleaned daily and is left in a secure manner at the end of the day. You would work closely with the Custodian Coordinator to perform all necessary cleaning tasks.

Oneida County Responsibilities:

Perform floor stripping, waxing and buffing as scheduled. Clean offices, restrooms and hall daily as scheduled. Supervise and assist building custodians where appropriate. Instruct custodian I on proper usage of cleaning chemicals and machinery where appropriate. Maintain and order supplies as needed. Secure building at the end of the work day. Report all damages to building to immediate supervisor. Coordinate and schedule inspections, etc. of building and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications:
