Construction Cleaner

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment Handle janitorial tasks such as trash disposal, restroom sanitation, and supply replenishment to ensure hygiene standards are met Conduct industrial cleaning tasks like floor buffing, polishing, and surface preparation to support ongoing construction work Assist with facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs and equipment cleaning to promote safety and efficiency Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining cleanliness in work areas Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries on-site Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules that align with project timelines Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is highly desirable Proven experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, and polishing floors Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and equipment operation is a plus Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs and surface treatments Previous porter or maintenance experience supporting construction or large-scale projects will be advantageous Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments while adhering to safety standards Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Join us in creating safe and clean construction environments!
