Essential Functions:

Respond to and complete repairs per quality/time standards Assist in unit make-readies (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliances, painting, cleaning) Ensure move-in readiness Share on-call rotation Perform other assigned duties

Minimum Qualifications:

Skills:

Plumbing, painting, drywall Work independently and as a team Deliver excellent customer service Reliable transportation Bilingual.
