In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, spotless environment that supports our commitment to excellence in hospitality and facility management. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong supervisory skills, janitorial expertise, and a passion for maintaining pristine spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by janitorial staff across multiple areas of the facility Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely and thorough maintenance of all spaces Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality control Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment to ensure availability and proper usage Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication Experience Proven supervising experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning best practices and safety protocols Management background in housekeeping or hotel environments is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage Experience in hospitality or gym housekeeping management will be considered an asset Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
