Floor Care Technician Come join the team at WeCare Centers! WeCare Centers at Foltsbrook Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Floor Care Technician for our community in Herkimer, NY . Key Responsibilities Complete work requisition orders as needed. Preform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures. Set up equipment and supplies. Moves furniture to and from resident's rooms or other areas Dust mops floors, washes baseboards, wet mop floors. Buffs floors and restrooms. Scrubs floor using scrubbing machine. Ensures a safe environment. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Ability to operate all equipment in a safe manor. Must have experience operating Commercial Floor Stripper Ability to interact and communicate with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner. Previous experience within a care facility Ability to work independently or in a group. Basic understanding of following step by step procedures.
