This position involves cleaning apartments after tenants move out so the units are ready for new residents. Duties Include Removing trash and unwanted items Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, walls, and floors Carrying bags, furniture, and debris when needed Following safety procedures and directions from supervisors Helping prepare apartments for final inspection Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to lift 50 pounds Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to work hard Cleaning or labor experience is helpful but not required Must have reliable transportation to Hornell job site Bonus Opportunities Employees who work hard, stay productive, and help the team succeed can earn merit-based bonuses on top of hourly pay.
