Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable. Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy cleaning equipment or supplies to prevent injury. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies during all cleaning activities. Support other facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor buffing, stripping, waxing, and general custodial procedures is a plus. Experience handling chemical agents safely in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during evening hours. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols.
