Part-Time Somedays Bakery is seeking a dependable and hardworking weekend Porter to join our team. This role is essential in keeping both the front and back of house clean and organized so our team can serve up the best baked goods in a welcoming space.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize sheet pans, trays, mixing bowls, and utensils throughout the shift Keep the dish station clean and organized Maintain cleanliness in prep areas, walkways, and storage spaces Wipe down counters, sweep/mop floors, and empty trash and recycling Keep the guest-facing front-of-house tidy (windows, trash bins, and floor area) Restock cleaning supplies and notify team when low Assist with end-of-day cleanup

Requirements:

Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays Reliable, on-time, and able to work independently Previous cleaning or porter experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift Team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic This is a great role for someone who enjoys keeping things clean and takes pride in behind-the-scenes work.
