Flexible scheduling available About the Job We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Building Porter for a quiet, well-maintained residential building in LIC. This is a straightforward role for someone who likes to stay active, work independently, and keep a space looking sharp. The Work You'll be responsible for the daily upkeep of the building's common areas and amenity spaces.

Tasks include:

General Cleaning:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

Glass & Mirrors:

Keeping windows and mirrors throughout the building streak-free.

Bathrooms & Amenities:

Keeping the shared restrooms and resident areas clean and stocked.

Trash & Recycling:

Collecting garbage and recycling and getting it ready for street-side pickup.

What We're Looking For Reliability:

Someone who shows up on time and gets the job done.

Detail-Oriented:

You take pride in making sure the building looks good.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable being on your feet, moving around the building, and handling trash/recycling.

Independence:

Able to follow a checklist and manage your tasks without being micromanaged.
