This role is essential to creating the welcoming, high-quality experience our members expect. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices details, and is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment. ResponsibilitiesStudio Cleaning & Sanitation Clean and sanitize all fitness studios, equipment, props, and high-touch surfaces throughout the day. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain all flooring surfaces. Ensure fitness rooms are clean, organized, and ready for each class. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed. Follow Studio50 cleaning and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Bathroom & Shower Maintenance Clean and disinfect bathrooms, showers, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and fixtures. Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom supplies. Monitor cleanliness throughout shifts and address issues promptly. Ensure bathrooms and locker areas remain clean, fresh, and fully stocked. Laundry Operations Wash, dry, fold, and organize studio towels and other laundry items. Maintain adequate inventory of clean towels and supplies throughout the day. Monitor laundry equipment and report any maintenance issues. Retail & Front-of-House Maintenance Dust and clean retail displays, shelves, furniture, and décor. Organize and restock retail merchandise and supplies. Maintain a neat, professional appearance throughout the lobby and retail areas. Assist with inventory organization and supply stocking as needed. General Maintenance & Facility Upkeep Perform routine inspections of the facility and report maintenance concerns to management. Replace basic supplies and assist with minor maintenance tasks when appropriate. Help maintain storage areas and ensure supplies are organized. Assist with seasonal deep cleaning projects and special studio events. Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
