• ​ Part-time up to 30 hours per week, including some weekends and holiday work, depending on needs related to the contract . ​ This position will work Tuesday, Thursday, and Alternating Saturday and Sundays from 6:30am-3pm. Q ualifications
• ​ Experience in janitorial work preferred .

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance . Must be capable of moving up and down stairs without difficulty . Must be capable of working on feet for extended periods of time . Must provide your own transportation to work . Mus t be able to read and identify SD S sheets and various chemical labels and markings . Must be willing to learn proper use of cleaning agents and usage of various supplies . Must be willing to learn proper maintenance and safety features of both light and heavy custodial equipment. ​ W ork A uthorization /S ecurity C learance

• ​ Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain work areas as assigned. ​ E ssential F unctions

Use high and low speed maintenance equipment as assigned. Use carpet cleaning equipment as assigned. Trash removal. Sweep/mop/dust/vacuum as assigned. Wet mop. Perform restroom disinfectant and cleaning as assigned. Perform floor stripping and waxing applications. Wash windows . Monitor use of equipment and report any malfunctions or problems to supervisor . Practice "Safety First ". C ompetencies
