• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Head Custodian to oversee the custodial operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work, floor care, and industrial cleaning.

• Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Perform and oversee cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Conduct floor care including buffing, waxing, and polishing
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance tasks
• Train new custodial staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols

• Skills:

• Proven experience in custodial work, facilities maintenance, and industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of custodial staff
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and staff
