Sunday-Thursday Summary:

Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, trim, glass and entry doors.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, entryways, pool area, gym, spa, pet wash, café, club room and other work areas.
• Cleans apartments/turnovers when applicable.
• Sweeps, vacuums, shampoos and mops floors and stair towers.
• Dusts and cleans furniture and barbeque grills.
• Empties and cleans wastebaskets from offices and common areas.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Responsible for company issued tools and equipment.
