Lead Technician Window Cleaning & Soft Washing

We specialize in window cleaning and soft washing , helping homeowners keep their properties clean, protected, and looking their best. We're looking for a reliable, skilled Lead Technician who takes pride in their work and can represent our brand professionally in the field. Position Overview As a Lead Technician, you'll be responsible for completing jobs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You may also help guide or work alongside team members on job sites. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning (interior & exterior) Execute soft washing services (houses, siding, roofs, etc.) Safely use ladders, water-fed poles, and cleaning equipment Communicate professionally with customers on-site Ensure all work meets company quality standards Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles Follow safety procedures at all times Qualifications ✅ Experience in window cleaning and/or soft washing (required) ✅ Comfortable working at heights and using ladders ✅ Strong attention to detail and work ethic ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Good communication and customer service skills ✅ Physically capable of handling labor-intensive work Preferred (Not Required) Experience using water-fed pole systems Previous leadership or crew lead experience Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses / growth opportunities Consistent work with a growing company Positive, no-drama work environment Why Work With Us Small, tight-knit team (not a corporate environment) Opportunity to grow into higher roles We value quality work and treat our team with respect
