This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of apartment homes, common areas, leasing offices, and community amenities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants. Responsibilities Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new resident move-ins. Perform routine cleaning of hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, clubhouses, fitness centers, offices, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces. Clean bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, and fixtures. Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds. Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Qualifications Prior residential, apartment, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Reliable transportation and attendance. Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
