In this role, you will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive the implementation of industrial and commercial cleaning procedures, coordinate janitorial and custodial tasks, and uphold safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong management skills, extensive cleaning experience, and a passion for maintaining pristine environments in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate settings. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities. Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to established standards. Implement safety protocols in accordance with regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct training sessions on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment. Oversee specialized cleaning tasks such as laundry services, and deep cleans. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety inspections, inventory levels, and staff performance. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within industrial, commercial, or hospitality settings. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with a focus on leading cleaning teams effectively. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial and commercial cleaning practices. Familiarity with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff efficiently. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
