Job Description At Chick-fil-A Citygate, the Overnight Cleaner plays a vital role in preparing the restaurant for success each day. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the restaurant after business hours. Team Members in this role take pride in creating a spotless restaurant that allows the team to begin each day ready to serve guests with excellence.

Part-time Overnight Shift from 11:00PM to 2:00

Overnight Cleaner Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas according to Chick-fil-A standards. Sweep, mop, and maintain all restaurant floors. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and food preparation areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Empty trash and recycling throughout the restaurant. Restock cleaning supplies and notify Leadership when inventory is low. Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the opening team. Safely operate cleaning equipment and properly use approved cleaning chemicals. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to Leadership. Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, cleanliness, and security procedures. Complete all assigned cleaning checklists before the end of each shift. Perform additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Consistent and reliable Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Able to manage time effectively and complete tasks within scheduled hours Able to work independently with minimal supervision Works well independently and in a team environment Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
