Job Description
This position is for a self-motivated individual who can work independently, while taking pride in their work and the job they do. The responsibilities of the Maintenance/Custodian member include, but are not limited to: Maintain outside grounds; emptying trash, mowing, sweeping/shoveling sidewalks and entrance areas; maintain signage. Filtering oil fryers daily . Clean windows, inside and out Unload truck deliveries- 2 times a week Maintain and organize stock room, walk in refrigerator and freezer. Gathers and empties trash; operate a trash compactor. Clean , sanitize and maintain restrooms. Change lightbulbs, ceiling tiles, clean ceiling vents and light fixtures. Help clean and maintain small equipment and appliances. Work with management and crew towards cleanliness goals . Help manage inventory of cleaning supplies. Notifies managers regarding items that need to be replaced or repaired.
