What You'll Be Doing Commercial cleaning in medical, office, and industrial environments Restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, floors, trash removal, dusting, disinfecting/high-touch points Following checklists, site rules, and cleaning standards (especially for medical accounts) Working efficiently as a team and communicating clearly with your crew lead/manager Completing work with pride and consistency—same quality every time What "Only the Best" Means Here (Non-Negotiables) Strong attendance and reliability (we don't build routes around no-shows)

you do the right thing even when no one is looking You move with purpose—no dragging, no corner-cutting, no excuses Flexible availability (we have day and night work , plus 7-day coverage ) Professional attitude in client buildings (especially medical facilities) Requirements Reliable transportation (you may work in multiple towns) Ability to be on your feet, bend, lift, and move equipment/supplies (typical cleaning work) Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely (training provided) Must be able to follow instructions, checklists, and site-specific rules Background checks may be required for certain client sites (especially medical) Growth Opportunity This is not dead-end cleaning.
