Position Summary:
Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Essential Job Functions:
Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages Monitors pump room Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures Restocks bar snacks Cut garnishes/fill garnishes based on specific bar expectations Cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces Removes empty bottles and trash Keep liquor manifold stocked throughout shift Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards Maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Six months or more related experience or training preferred Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Working Conditions:
