Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Staff Member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various dining areas both inside and outside. . This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and presentable for staff, clients, and visitors alike. As a Cleaning Staff Member, you will play a key part in upholding high standards of cleanliness through active participation in daily cleaning routines and maintenance tasks. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the overall safety and professionalism of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine janitorial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met Maintain floor care by buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to enhance durability and appearance Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs or hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment Use proper procedures for cleaning equipment operation and storage to prolong tool lifespan and safety compliance Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately Join us in creating spotless spaces where everyone feels comfortable!
