Job Description

Cleaning Technician Syracuse Cleaning Services, LLC Syracuse, NY Job Details Part-time $22 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Paid training On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Attention to detail Manual cleaning and decontamination technique Time & attendance systems Full Job Description Syracuse Cleaning Services is a growing, established cleaning company serving Syracuse and the surrounding area, and we're hiring Cleaning Technicians to join our team. If you take pride in a job well done, notice the details other people miss, and like ending your day knowing you made a real difference in someone's home or workplace, this is a great fit. No two days look exactly alike — you might be doing a routine clean, a deep clean, a move-out, or a short-term rental turn. We'll train you on all of it. What we can't train is showing up reliably and caring about your work, so if that's you, apply. What you'll do Perform cleaning jobs in homes and commercial spaces to our standards — dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and detailed work in kitchens and bathrooms. Follow our proven cleaning procedures, techniques, and product guidelines the way you learn them in training. Keep track of your supplies and let your supervisor know when something needs restocking, and keep your equipment clean and working. Communicate professionally with clients if they have questions during a clean, and pass any feedback along to your supervisor.
Document your work:
take before-and-after photos when needed, start and end your job timer in Jobber, use job forms and notes so your supervisor knows what was completed, and clock in and out in Connecteam. (We train you on all our apps — no experience with them needed.) What we're looking for Reliability above all — you show up on time, every scheduled shift, and communicate right away if something comes up. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work; you're not done until it's actually clean. A positive, professional attitude with clients and teammates. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, since you'll travel between job sites. Able to be on your feet for a full shift and lift and move cleaning equipment. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person who brings a good attitude and a strong work ethic. Why work with us Competitive hourly pay plus tips. Paid, structured training so you're confident on every type of clean before you're on your own. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available. A supportive team and a company that genuinely values dependable people and gives them room to grow — some of our technicians grow into supervisor and lead roles as we expand.
Schedule:
Primarily Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Full-time and part-time both available. To apply, submit your resume or a short note about yourself and any relevant experience. We respond to every serious applicant, and we're moving quickly to fill these spots.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Benefits:
