Landscaper/Cleaner Job Description As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of various properties. This includes landscaping, lawn care, raking leaves, mulching, and general property upkeep. In the winter months, you will be tasked with removing snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and entrances. Additionally, you will clean common areas such as parking lots, trash areas, hallways, and stairwells while maintaining an inventory of cleaning materials to ensure a pristine environment that boosts curb appeal. Responsibilities Maintain landscaping, lawn care, raking leaves, mulching, and general property upkeep. Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and entrances during winter. Clean interior and exterior common areas, including parking lots, trash areas, hallways, and stairwells. Maintain an inventory of cleaning materials. Enhance curb appeal of the properties. Essential Skills Experience in cleaning and trash removal. Proficiency in groundskeeping and floor care. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Floor Technician. Work Environment The role involves working directly at several properties, including Colvin View Apartments in Buffalo, NY, and several locations in Tonawanda, NY, such as Englewood Apartments, Highland View Apartments, Mead Meadows Apartments, Newell Heights Apartments, Robert Drive Apartments, and Roosevelt on Main Apartments. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, in a hands-on outdoor and indoor environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tonawanda, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
