Landscaper / Cleaner (Facilities Technician) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Facilities Technician to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of multiple residential properties. This role combines landscaping, groundskeeping, seasonal maintenance, and interior cleaning . The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys being active, and understands the importance of curb appeal and well‑maintained common spaces.

Shift:

Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay:

$18-20 Key Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping, including lawn care, raking leaves, mulching, and general exterior upkeep Enhance overall curb appeal of each property Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, and building entrances during winter months Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including parking lots, trash areas, hallways, and stairwells Perform trash removal and maintain clean disposal areas Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials Use cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail Required Skills & Experience Experience with cleaning, trash removal, or janitorial work Knowledge of basic groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions Additional Qualifications (Preferred) Experience as a Floor Technician Familiarity with professional cleaning tools and equipment Prior experience maintaining residential or multi‑property sites Why Work With Us? Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Combination of outdoor and indoor, hands‑on work Physical role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tonawanda, NY.
