• 18 hours per week, including some holiday work, depending on needs related to the contract. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday; 4:30pm-10:30pm. Qualifications
• Experience in janitorial work preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Must be capable of moving up and down stairs without difficulty. Must be capable of working on feet for extended periods of time. Must provide your own transportation to work. Must be able to identify SDS sheets and various chemical labels and markings. Must be willing to learn proper use of cleaning agents and usage of various supplies. Must be willing to learn proper maintenance and safety features of both light and heavy custodial equipment. Work Authorization/Security Clearance

• Authorized to work in the United States. Summary/Objective
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain work areas as assigned. Essential Functions

Use high and low speed maintenance equipment as assigned. Use carpet cleaning equipment as assigned. Trash removal. Sweep/mop/dust/vacuum as assigned. Wet mop. Perform restroom disinfectant and cleaning as assigned. Perform floor stripping and waxing applications. Wash windows. Monitor use of equipment and report any malfunctions or problems to supervisor. Practice "Safety First". Competencies
