Part Time Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning environments. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants and Airbnb guests. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, apartment rentals, and Airbnb's. Handle janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, surface sanitization, and restocking supplies. Report to Supervisor any maintenance issues or repairs required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and customer satisfaction. Occasionally assist with home staging which includes moving furniture to stage and destage residential homes. Applicants should be flexible and goal-oriented, with the ability to work until daily responsibilities are fully completed. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning roles preferred. GED or High School Diploma required. Drivers license required with good outstanding driving record. Experience working in a professional environment. Experience in housekeeping is desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work independently and as a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
