This role is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized environments for both residential homes and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize residential homes, offices, and commercial spaces Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean kitchens, bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in client environments Travel between job sites as required Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license is required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday Schedule Part-time opportunities available Daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts may be required based on client needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Potential performance bonuses Flexible scheduling On-site training Work Environment This position requires working in a variety of environments, including private homes, office buildings, medical offices, retail locations, and other commercial facilities.
