Evenings, early mornings, or weekends (flexible based on club needs) About the Role LA Fitness is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. This role is essential to keeping the club running smoothly and ensuring every guest has a great experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas Wipe down equipment and maintain cleanliness on the gym floor Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash as needed Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials) Report maintenance or safety issues to management Follow all cleaning and safety protocols Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay on task Comfortable with physical activity, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Dependable and punctual Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we provide training What We Offer Free gym membership Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company
