Automotive Porter

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and reliable Automotive Porter to join our dealership team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, assisting with vehicle movement, and supporting the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and a passion for hospitality and automotive service. Duties Safely move and park vehicles within parking areas, ensuring proper placement and security Greet guests warmly and assist with their vehicle needs, providing excellent customer service Drive vehicles to designated locations for delivery, pickup, or service appointments Assist with vehicle cleaning, detailing, or light maintenance as needed Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle status and guest requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and surrounding areas Support delivery drivers by transporting vehicles or parts as required Qualifications Prior experience in dealership guest services is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; manual transmission experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Reliable transportation for daily shifts; previous delivery driver experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail Positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
