Job Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. As a key member of our facilities maintenance crew, you will ensure cleanliness standards are exceeded, creating a positive experience for clients and visitors alike. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help uphold our reputation for excellence in cleaning services. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of various spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Handle custodial tasks like trash removal, dusting, window washing, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met Assist with industrial cleaning projects involving heavy-duty equipment and specialized cleaning techniques Support facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep when needed Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any issues or damages promptly to supervisors Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and floor care techniques such as buffing is advantageous Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance adds value to your application Knowledge of residential painting or general maintenance tasks is a plus Ability to operate cleaning machinery like floor buffers and industrial vacuums safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a difference every day!
